RIZIK IN THE HEADSPACE APP

I've been a fan of the meditation app Headspace for many years, so it was a real honor when they asked that I compose music for them.

Part of the Bounce Back section under Focus Music, I created 10 original pieces designed to get you in the zone while working, studying, reading... whatever benefits from you being fully in the moment. The pieces range from solo piano, light sound design and emotional chords. Many sit on a bed of sounds pulled from field recordings out in nature.

Download the Headspace app, check out Focus Music and click Bounce Back to hear my pieces.

Hope you enjoy.

I know it! I am not the only fan of Headspace as I know that a lot of people benefit from it. Actually, you need a meditation app if you are after peace of mind. According to articles I saw on www.resumehelpservices.com that aging could mean awe are vulnerable to stress. That's why we need to keep a balance of everything and make sure that we are living s life according to how we see and want.

'Bounce Back' has pulled me out of a tearful pandemic gloom today. I've been sat at my home desk for the last few hours feeling totally overwhelmed and yet, somehow, completely numb and alien at the same time. I've been listening to 'Bounce Back' in an attempt to summon some focus for the report I need to finish, but instead have struck up a creative idea for a short story whilst staring out the window at the trees. Thank you.
